Carolina Dance Productions, nestled in Clayton NC at Flowers Plantation, stands as a leading dance studio, providing age-appropriate dance training in a nurturing, safe and secure environment. Our premier facility offers a wide range of dance styles, such as dance play, preschool, tap, clogging, jazz, beginner to advanced ballet, pre-pointe, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, acro, and tumble, catering to all ages and levels, from beginner to pre-professional and focuses on building a solid technical foundation, enhancing technique and skill development. Under the clear vision of Carolina Dance Productions Artistic Director Lori Dew and the dedication of her “Amazing” Team, we aim to empower every student with the joy of dance while fostering personal growth and artistic excellence.

Recent research reveals that engaging in four or more years of arts training can significantly improve neural pathways, leading to enhanced thought processing and learning. Moreover, there are direct correlations between arts training and superior academic skills in math and reading, as well as improved socialization skills, including communication and creative problem-solving. Boys and girls who participate in dance also benefit from improved physical health and coordination, which can enhance their abilities in sports and cultivate healthy lifestyle habits that positively impact their overall adult health.
